Well the thumper's about to hit the big 10 - 0 mark,
and I thought it might be of some interest as to the
reliability to date:
1. replaced front and back tires due to nails - not
wear;
2. replaced rear mirrors due to dropping the bike and getting
side swiped;
3. replaced rear turn signal due to accidents in #2;
4. replaced battery, didn't really have to, but wanted
more cranking power.
That's it, nothing else. Same spark plug, same everything.
Have acquired the normal small oil leak, no big deal, a drop
here and there is all. I have owned and do own bikes-have
4 right now, gotta say the reliability of this little
thumper has been marvelous.
Will update again (God willing) at 15 thousand miles.
